Lead Bronze
It is an alloy with high lead content and is suitable for dry working conditions. The high lead content provides excellent dry-running properties. However, due to the effect of lead on mechanical properties at 200 °C, the maximum operating temperature is relatively low. Thanks to its good lubricity and dry-running capability, it is a suitable material for bearings operating at high peripheral speeds and resistant to acids.
